I seriously hate my Internet Provider

I am with BT for my internet and in my area the max broadband speed is 4meg ....... that is crap seriously
well anyway i got it but i have never had anywhere near what i am suppose to..... i have since realized they work there speeds outs
over 10 seconds so for a 4meg connection you would get 400kb/s and 10meg you would get 1meg a second.

so like i said i am meant to get 400kb/s
